We have 17 RV sites, all have level concrete slabs plus gravel picnic table area, where you can enjoy relaxing under a tree or have a picnic next to our creek, called Creekwalk. Or sit back and watch your favorite football team or NASCAR with your expanded cable service provided at each camp site. (Including the Speed Channel)  No pull through sites but some are as long as 70 feet. THe concret is 30x10 with overhang on the back and asphalt on the front.

We are the only privately owned campground in the county that does not have Seasonal's or Live-ins!

Each camp site also has a fire ring and large wood picnic table.

We have a nice clean Bathhouse with Hot showers. There is a coin laundry for your convenience and a utility sink for washing dishes.

Just down the road is Unicoi State Park with Anna Ruby falls and lots of hiking trails. Fishing is everywhere around us including in the town of Helen.

This is Georgia camping at its best, if you like small very clean and friendly parks. Go to our directions page (do not use Map quest) to see how easily you can get here from Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, even Louisiana.

Due to circumstances beyond our control we have had to shut down water to 7 of our sites,Our water is perfect no worries, but the EPD will only let us have 10 sites with water, we know:(, it is a long story but we had no choice.  So we had to make some changes to our reservation requirements..

As of May 5th 2013 we are a Good Sam Park, read on for rate info and discounts:

(all reservations booked prior to May 5th 2013 will stay at the old rate with no Good Sam discount). You can buy a membership here for $25 and get 10% off your stay, and with the rebate the Membership is accually free.

But the better deal is when you pay for 6 nights your 7th is free.

Our Full Hook up sites with Water, sewer, power, cable & wi-fi are:

Sites 7,15,16,17, &18 they are $46. including tax and sites 8,9,10,11,& 12 are $50.60 including tax.(minimum nights are required for full hook-ups).

7 of our sites do not have water hook-ups, these are sites 1-6 and 14, they are for Dry Camping only.  They will still have all the other amenities.Sewer,power, cable & Wi-Fi, they are $34.50 including tax and for shorter stays, you bring your own water in your tanks. (we can explain why on the phone)

This is for up to 4 people. $2.00 per person per day up to 6 people which is the max per site.

(We need to discourage multiple vehicals, because we do not have extra parking but will work with you the best we can).

There is a one night deposit required to book a site, it is not refundable.(two nights for bookings 6 months in advance.) We prefer cash or check but do except Credit cards for the balance but there is a 3% fee on the balance only, not on the deposit. (we do not except AMX).

If we are soldout and you cancel and I can't sell the site, you pay the amount that I would loose.

(I do keep a waitlist so that does not happen very often).

We are open Year round. We do not allow live ins. We prefer to stay a vacation campground and not a Mobile home park.
