We have 17 RV sites, all have level concrete slabs plus gravel picnic table area, where you can enjoy relaxing under a tree or have a picnic next to our creek, called Creekwalk. Or sit back and watch your favorite football team or NASCAR with your expanded cable service provided at each camp site. (Including the Speed Channel)  No pull through sites but some are as long as 70 feet. THe concret is 30x10 with overhang on the back and asphalt on the front.

All the sites have water, sewer & electric 20, 30 & 50 amp service, expanded cable (60+ channels).

(Camp site # 12 only has 30 amp service)

Each camp site also has a fire ring and large wood picnic table.

We have a nice clean Bathhouse with Hot showers. There is a coin laundry for your convenience and a utility sink for washing dishes.

We have a play field with a horseshoe pit and volleyball net.

Just down the road is Unicoi State Park with Anna Ruby falls and lots of hiking trails. Fishing is everywhere around us including in the town of Helen.

This is Georgia camping at its best, if you like small very clean and friendly parks. Go to our directions page (do not use Map quest) to see how easily you can get here from Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, even Louisiana.

Please Read the Rules & Regulations before calling or emailing to Book your site.(No home made rigs, ie:school bus ect. campers must be mechanically stable no leaks)(over 20 years old must be  preapproved).

The rates below include Sewer, Water, Electric (20,30 & 50amp), Expanded Cable & WI-FI.

The higher priced sites are on the bottom of the campground and spread farther apart than the others.

Season rates starts the Friday before Memorial Day and goes until the weekend after Thanksgiving.    During our busiest months of July & October we have a 4 night minimum stay over weekends in the campground,  (June,Aug,& Sept is 3 nights over weekends). People that can't stay all the nights can pay for them and check in early and check out late.Always call and ask because sometimes we can make an exception when the stay is sandwiched by other bookings, so it never hurts to ask.

The rates are$25, $30.00 and 35.00+tax off season and $30,$35.00 and $40.00+tax during the busy season and Holidays per night for up to 4 people. $3.00 for each additional person or child.

Pay for 6 nights and the 7th is FREE.

Extra cars, trucks or car trailers are $5.00 per day during soldout periods.(this is because we do not have any parking lots, space is limited and we need to discourage multiple vehicals, but will work with you the best we can).

There is a one night deposit required to book a site, it is not refundable.(two nights for bookings 6 months in advance.) We prefer cash or check but do except Credit cards other than AMX.

If we are soldout and you cancel and I can't sell the site, you pay the amount that I would loose.

(I do keep a waitlist so that does not happen very often).

We have one site that is $25.00 year round, #6 because a tree is in the way of most awnings.

2010 we have lowered the rates on sites 2,3 & 4 to $25.00 + tax. ($30season)

We are open Year round. We do not allow live ins. We prefer to stay a vacation campground and not a Mobile home park.
