When you are ready to relax and enjoy the simple life that we live here in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains, come join us here outside Helen Georgia for a peaceful getaway.

We have 18 RV sites, all have level concrete slabs 30x10 plus gravel picnic table area, where you can enjoy relaxing under a tree or have a picnic next to our creek, called Creekwalk. Or sit back and watch your favorite football team or NASCAR with your expanded cable service provided at each camp site. (Including the Speed Channel)  No pull through sites but some are as long as 70 feet.

All of our North Georgia RV campground sites have water, sewer & electric 20, 30 & 50 amp service. (Expanded cable & wi-fi)

(Camp site # 12 only has 30 amp services)

Each camp site also has a fire ring and large wood picnic table.

We have a nice clean Bathhouse with Hot showers. There is a coin laundry for your convenience and a utility sink for washing dishes.

We have a play field with a horseshoe pit and volleyball net. 5 of the sites have a checker board table made out of tree stumps.

Just down the road is Unicoi State Park with Anna Ruby falls and lots of hiking trails. Fishing is everywhere around us including in the town of Helen.

This is Georgia camping at its best, if you like small very clean and friendly parks. Go to our directions page (do not use Map quest) to see how easily you can get here from Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, even Louisiana.

Booking your Georgia Camping vacation is easy, just email me and I will call you on my nickel to book your site. See rules and policies before booking. The rates below include Sewer, Water, Electric (20,30 & 50amp), Expanded Cable & WI-FI.

The rates are $30.00 and 35.00 off season and $35.00 and $40.00 during the busy seasons and Holidays per night for up to 4 people. $3.00 for each additional person or child. Pay for 6 nights and the 7th is FREE. We accept cash or check for payment, but you must have a credit card to hold the reservation. Extra cars or trucks are $5.00 during soldout periods. One night fee for cancelling.

If we are soldout and you cancel and I can't sell the site you loose that amount.

We have one site that is $25.00 all year #6 because a tree is in the way of awnings.

We are open Year round. We do not allow live ins, except during Jan & Feb. We prefer to stay a vacation campground and not a Mobile home park.
