RULES & REGULATIONS

Robert and Melissa bought Creekwood July 15, 2004 and really love meeting all our customers and helping them any way we can, because of this we are very fortunate to have tons of repeat customers. In every business there will always be problems and because of a few problems, we have had to add this page to our web site. I guess we were naive in thinking and hoping everyone would be like us and respect other peoples property and other people in general.

Trust us we are not happy having all these rules and regulations but some people leave there common sence at home.  We really do want everyone to have a great time.

Keep off the Grass, do not park or drive on or near the grass when backing into your site try your hardest not to run over the grass.  We have errostion issues and work very hard and spend a lot of time and money growing what little grass we can.

Whenever possible we help guide you into your site, we know our sites and all types of rigs and will do our best to get you backed into your site with very little effort. (even the professional truck drivers sometimes get it wrong).  If you insist on backing in yourself that is fine but any damage to the property will be your responsiblity.

Cigarette butts, peanut shells and any other types of nut shells do not disintegrate, please put them in the garbage, not on the ground and not in the fire ring. (Please don't litter!)         

Garbage will be picked up at your site during the day from 9am until 6pm,(Cabins 9am until 11am) after that put all garbage in the dumpster behind the house/office.

• Do not leave food outside at all, to avoid attracting bears from coming into the resort.
  No dishes to be washed outside or in the bathhouse, we have installed a utility sink with hot/cold water in the laundry room.
  No clothes lines, they make the park look tacky and hurt the trees. We have a coin laundry facility. No ropes of anykind tied to the trees.
• Small dogs and non threatening breeds are allowed, but must remain on a leash.
• Dogs must not be in heat, and must have all there shots up to date.
• Type of dog must be disclosed at time of booking, if you bring a dog that was not approved you will be asked to leave and your card will be charged full rental.
• Please clean up after your dog and do not leave dogs unattended where they bother other people by barking.
• No dogs are allowed in or around the bathhouse.
• Many people do not like dogs and are afraid of them.
• No cigarettes or cigars near the Bathhouse.

• No ATVs, Golf Carts, Off-Road Motorbikes, etc. allowed.
• No tents.

You are in the resort at your own risk, we are not responsible for personal property or injury, parents must watch there children at all times, bike safety is your responsibility. Please keep your children out of the rock gully's and trees.

• Keep off the grass: cars, bikes, screen porches with bottoms, any type of tarp or rug, unless you ask and we approve it.
• Quiet time is 11pm to 8am. Check-out time is between 9am and 11am, Campground check-in time is 1pm to 9pm. (Cabins after 3pm) and before 9pm.
• All visitors must stop and check in at the office, no visitors after 10pm. Day guests in the campground staying longer than 2 hours will be charged $2.00. Day guests in the cabins longer than 2 hours will be charged $5.00

• No outdoor movie screens (Outside TV is allowed but keep it low so you do not to disturb your niebors). Not everyone likes Football and may not like the type of music you play.  Just be kind to everyone around you.
• Very bright outside lights will also disturb the people around you.

Cabin customers also need to know the following.

• No smoking inside the cabins (This is strictly enforced, if we find that you smoked in the cabin you credit card will be charged $100.00.) Garbage will be picked up in the morning by 11am on the road. Do not throw anything over the balcony.
• Check in is between 4pm & 9pm. Check out is 11am or before. Any variations must be approved prior to arrival. (If the cabin is clean and ready you can check in at 3pm). If the cabin is left a mess your credit are will be charged accordingly. All used sheets & towels (only) are to be put in the downstairs bathtub. Dishes are to be put in the dish washer and it turned on when you leave (Creekwood supplies dishwashing soap). The cleaning fee is for the cabin to be sanitized and linens changed. Leaving the cabin clean is to your advantage. Any linens stained that can not be cleaned will result in charges to your credit card.
  
• All cabin customers are to read the DO's & Don'ts in the cabin.
  
• We do not allow house parties, do not even think about it, all visitors must stop and check in before going up to the cabins. No visitors after 9pm. Any visitor staying longer than 2 hours will be charged $5.00 over night guests are $10.00.
• Families with children must make sure that they do not swing from the spiral staircase and take care that they do not slam doors etc. It is to your benefit that they behave and do not do damage to the cabin.
• The inside fireplace is to be used during the winter months only.
• The cancel policy is 7days prior to arrival date, 30 days for holidays. Oktoberfest , Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years
• Things to bring, Extra Towels & wash clothes , Extra Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Charcoal And extra garbage bags.
• We do not change out dirty towels or sheets, We do have a coin laundry or for a fee we will swap out towels.
• If you are staying for 5 or more nights we will swap the towels out one time.
• (no fee).
